If you want your tables set with napkins it is easiest for us to provide them. We do many fancy folds and place them at the tables as part of the decorating service. All linen will be available for you on Tuesday before your event.
Avoid the stress, and our staff will complete all decorating for you according to your choices and specifications. Months before your big day, you and your chosen assistants will work with our planner and decorator to choose from our extensive selection of glass, color schemes, and themes to decorate a sample tables and then we replicate your ideas for you. Our staff will have your venue complete for your reveal by Friday prior to your rehearsal dinner.
We have several tables available if you are having a candle, sand or rose ceremony or for your guest book. Many unusual and interesting decorative items are available, like a copper still or boiler, carved wooden screen, benches, urns, columns, etc. Vintage items have been fun for us to collect, along with some interesting antiques and mid century finds.

All beverage service is provided by Buena Vista Farms, Inc. We have all licenses and insurance needed. We welcome special requests or signature drinks, but do need 3 weeks notice to stock your requests prior to wedding date. Our bar is very well stocked and our bar tenders have experience in creating a color themed specialty drinks for you to host!
It is wonderful for you choose to have your rehearsal dinner at our Lodge building. There are many advantages. The bridal party knows our location, you can bring things and leave them in the building overnight, you can reveal your decorations to your bridal party. It is a beautiful setting for a casual or formal dinner in privacy with timing exactly to your order, rather than waiting for service at a restaurant. The average cost of the meal is $15.00 per person, all-inclusive, for 40 – 50 people. After rehearsal your group may enjoy an intimate bonfire into the night at several locations.
Buena Vista Farms, Inc. staff will be present when ever our buildings are in use. That is our policy. We will be out of your way, but do expect that we are present. The security deposit check is to be written to us before your event and will be torn up if there is no damage to our building.
You will be charged replacement cost for things that are broken or stained, for instance tablecloths.
We will provide a pro forma invoice prior to your event. Any refund due to you will be mailed approximately two weeks after your event. That is our standard policy since the couple are usually traveling and working to get organized after the big event.
We are happy to provide one stop shopping and take care of all of the details if you wish. The less you have to attend to the last week and the day of your wedding, the happier your event will be and the less stress you will feel. Rely on us as we have done this many times over and strive to make your event excellent and wonderful.
