Planning for your event can be stressful when you begin a year or more in advance. We have everything on site to aid you in planning your wedding and reception in just 2 months time.
Come with your guest list ready and our wedding planner, Teri, will assist you through the process of planning your wedding in only TWO MONTHS. Teri will facilitate your contracts with the Dj, the caterer, the cake baker and the florist.
All decorative accessories are included in our packages. These little things can add up and leave you wondering How Much Is It really? Buena Vista Farms has a large and diverse stock of decorative items for guest tables, cake tables, and centerpieces to please every bride’s taste. Our inventory includes small things that are easily forgotten such as, the ring bearer pillow, flower girl basket, as well as necessities like mirrors, icicle lights, votive candles and easels. With flat fee pricing we offer every thing needed for your reception….you make your big entrance and the party begins, relaxed, stress free and fun.

Teri has developed a “Resource List’ just for our bride that puts all the needed vendor information at your fingertips. A meeting for you and your closet advisors will be planned with Teri to assist you in bringing together our unique decorative elements for a finished production of your vision. You will actually set up a table, which will be photographed so that our staff can complete the set up for you to reflect your uniqueness and personality. The goal is for our staff to set up your ceremony and reception to reflect your uniqueness and personality with no stress to your family and wedding party on the day of your big event.

Rehearsal Dinners & Bridal Brunch at BVF
Rehearsal dinners at the Cabin are intimate and fun, with games or cook outs.
Another fun idea is to entertain your out of town guests and family with a Bride’s brunch the morning following your wedding. Greet everyone as the new Mr. and Mrs. as you open your gifts and relax with a brunch of your choosing from simple sweet rolls and coffee or Mimosa’s and omelets.
